How is the data transmitted from my assets to the dashboard?

Our gateways can send data via Ethernet/WiFi or a standard SIM card that we supply. We recommend using a sim to ensure that your assets are continuously monitored even if the site loses internet connection.

How are the devices powered?

Our sensors are powered by a single replaceable battery which can last up to 5 years. Gateways can be plugged into a wall socket or PoE injector - back-up solar power can also be provided.

Can the measured parameters be changed per fridge after installation?

Yes. We can set various parameters and thresholds individually per fridge on the fly, to ensure you receive accurate data and alerts as events occur.
